Your Role
Web Design Architect
As a Web Designer at Team Educate, you will be responsible for building visually compelling websites that convert visitors into engaged users. You’ll spearhead design strategies that align with our objectives, executing them through your mastery of Webflow, Figma, and web hosting platforms like Netlify. Your creativity will play a vital role in shaping the digital face of our brand.
We are looking for someone with a proven ability to deliver top-tier websites, a forward thinker who can identify innovative opportunities, and a team player who thrives on collaboration. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must.
Ideal Candidate
Proficiency with Webflow, Figma, and hosting platforms like Netlify
Experience designing high-conversion, visually appealing websites

You need to be a master of Webflow. This will be your main tool for building websites. You must understand all of its features, specs, and functionalities. Your Webflow skills should ensure that projects are not only visually stunning but also stable and fully optimized.

Being an expert in Figma is equally important. You must be able to quickly build and manage projects, with a strong grasp of variables and design systems. Your Figma designs will set the foundation for everything we create, so mastery of this tool is essential.
What You'll Do

Work on a variety of projects, including landing pages, full website designs, internal platforms, and more.

Stay ahead of web design trends, constantly improving your skills and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

Join daily team calls with the design team (12:00 GMT) and the content team (15:00 GMT) Monday through Friday.

Coordinate regularly with your Head of Department to ensure all project timelines and goals are met.
