Job Summary
We're seeking to hire an experienced Full-Stack Developer to lead part of our platform & app development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end and back-end development, as well as being capable of taking technical decisions to ensure that our overall company objectives are met. You'll also be coordinating with different vendors and teams who work together on the same initiatives to ensure all the deadlines are met effectively.

Full-Stack Developer
As a Full-Stack Developer you will be responsible for both creating strategies as to how we're going to accomplish our goals with our app & student platform, as well as developing the tech needed to ensure the execution of such strategies.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of success in developing and delivering projects. They will be a strategic thinker with a proven ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities. They will also be a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ideal Candidate
Extensive experience with React.js and JavaScript.
Proven track record in architecting complex UI solutions.
Expertise in front-end build tools and pipelines.
In-depth knowledge of REST APIs and integration.
Experience with NodeJS backend.
Familiarity with security best practices.
Excellent debugging and performance optimisation skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
A strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality code.
Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities.
Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git).

Preference for candidates situated in Europe or nearby time zones.
While location is flexible, the ability to effectively connect with a team operating on London time is essential. This close proximity fosters efficient communication throughout the workdays, minimizing potential delays.
